A minimal and simplistic design, Bed One from De La Espada, has a considered and paired back form. With an emphasis on longevity, and an individual sensory response, it is constructed from well-proportioned Douglas Fir timber planks, each with a continuous wood grain. Made to accommodate a range of mattress sizes, the frame also features a simple and functional shelf at the back, suitable for placing small bedside items.
